This Michigan inspired tea - Yooper Yellow - is as unique as it's namesake - Michigan's UPer's.

Yellow tea, one of the 6 types of tea, is produced only in China. Most of the tea produced is consumed there and very little is exported.

Yooper Yellow carries a fresh, mellow, earthy flavor profile. With notes of malt and grain, the cup is smooth and round.

Use 1 heaping teaspoon (or 1.5 teaspoons) of tea leaves (2-3 grams) per 8 oz. of water, 160-170 F. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
